yep not bad at all for everyone hammering the network, I was lucky to get 20/20 at school and I thought that was good.

our school has like 2k people so we kinda need the fast network lol

yep this was at my university though with 30k students but I’m sure they were limiting the network quite a bit.

so my cpu is being fucking. wont clock past 0.72 Ghz

RIP not even at least?

plugging it into AC clocked the CPU at full 2.2Ghz

I’ve retentioned the spring and heated it up but my hands are too massive its hard to fit it back together XD

sounds about right for those age laptops
you can however tune what they do in windows/ maybe also linux though. there’s a few programs for it or you can be hardcore and hexedit the powerstates and the like lol

So I fixed the spring and it all fit it back together but one side of the housing won’t clip back on so the button won’t work, thinking I may have to glue it or something

or I was being dumb and trying to fit it the wrong way XD

the white part should (typically) be towards the front and you may have to leverage the clip ever so slightly for it to clip over the tab

yep figured that out now. was focusing on the text on the side and thought it had to be facing front.

so did it work?

nope must not have fit it back together properly because the button sinks into the housing when I attach it together again

is the spring attached properly?

probably not. I kinda broke the original maybe because I heated too much so using another one which isn’t the same type.
